I have had talks with multiple dog owners who let their dogs run free. I have yet to have even one show any concern or vow to stop the problem.

I ALWAYS let them know it's not safe for a dog to be running loose. And I leave it at that.

If it comes to me I'll take it to the pound, FAR away from their home. If it doesn't...well SSS happens...
