With all the tracking collar technology why cant a collar be developed which allows a virtural barrier to be programmed in where the property lines are so the dogs will get shocked and stop running? Kinda like the buried wire dog fencing. Just an outside the box thought.
They already do.....
Well I think if you care about your dogs that would be the collar to have..... problem solved and everybody is happy
