I say it would take a person of very low character to LIE to allow him to break the Law.....not to mention a coward to shoot a dog instead of confront a Man.

Only dog I've ever shot was when I was 15. Walked up on it in Perry Co on my way out from a stand after dark. Got up to maybe 15-ft from it before I saw it and it saw me. It just stared at me. I yelled at it and it didn't budge. Yelled again and raised my 30-06. It showed its teeth and growled. I gave it a flip-top head.
Only one I've ever thought that it deserved a dirt nap.

I totally disagree with people intentionally allowing dogs to run on others properties.
