Know a guy who has 1100 acres in high fence...watched a guy throw 9 BEAGLEs over the fence, thru a scope actually....taped it on his phone also...
0 beagles made it out...found where they cut the fence about 1/2 mile down the road in 4 or 5 places...

Bottom line is ...keep your dogs off other peoples land...
