it isn't bait if the game won't eat it. A pile of bricks isn't bait. A pile of dead fish isn't deer bait. if deer won't eat it, then it cannot be bait......


what if someone was to hunt over a feeder and then decide they wanted to hunt legally, so they sealed off the feeder, next day hunt the feeder and a game warden happened to check them? Doesn't bait have to be completely removed from the area 10 days or more prior to hunting that area? Not arguing, just asking but in that situation it would come down to when the feeder was sealed off.
