Sounds like they should have had better control of their dogs. Not condoning the shooting of the dogs, but if you're willing to let your dogs run deer on someone else's property then you best be prepared to deal with the consequences.

Not if you've spent a lot of time and money trying to actually manage a piece of property.
If you do what you're suggesting, you're reduced to hunting exactly the way they do, rather than hunting the way you choose to.

sure it is , i loved back standing dog hunters and killing deer they run off their land to me . it always made them real happy . lol
like you , they thought the deer were their deer . lol
