Alright guys....I killed a 9pt the Saturday before Christmas. He weighed 208. I also killed a doe this past Friday morning on the demopolis WMA hunt. I will post pics shortly.
I had much rather be tried by twelve than carried to my grave by six!!!!

Good job, MTeague.
I have not seen another buck big enough to kill since my last one above.
I will for sure get a doe or 2 by season end. Just been holding out. Will be back out there this Friday.

If that deer weighs 80lbs, than that buck is over 400lbs....come on man...

Good job Mteague..nice buck! Thanks bud. I shot another good deer 2 weeks ago this coming Thursday, but hit him in the leg. All I found was a small amount of blood and a couple pieces of bone. I followed him for 60-70 yards and he quit bleeding. Hopefully I will get another crack at him before seasons end.

Dang, I hope you get another shot at him. I remember you had some studs on camera. I had a great November and December and saw 2 shooter bucks and numerous young bucks but my January has been very slow. I took some time off work and will be in the woods Friday through Monday so maybe I can get a good buck on the ground.
