Wow.
First thing I would do is look at my rifle. For example if your shooting a TC Encore and have a Hammer Extender installed on it, the problem could very well be the rifle not the ammo. Or it could still yet be head space on the rifle as well. The likelyhood of misfire of that many rounds is much more likely the rifle than the ammo even though it is Remington Brand Ammo.
I am not a Remington Ammo fan at all. Shoot a box of any other brand of ammo through a rifle then clean it, then shoot a box of Remington Ammo through a Rifle and Clean it. You'll get the picture.

Shot a many a Remington and never one misfire. I reload alot now but wouldn't hesitate to use them now.

You got a bad box call Remington. ^^Agreed. Never had such a bad problem with CoreLokts, Remington should know so give 'em a call. Every now and then I get one or two out of a box that didn't get enough lead cast into the jacket. Suspicious that so many rounds failed to fire, might want to check your equipment, can't hurt.

Accepted delivery on a custom-built Parker Hale sniper rifle years ago at the PD I worked for. First 3 rounds out of the barrel were Hornady Custom 168 gr. BTHP Match... the group was one ragged hole, .270" Next 3 rounds were Remington CoreLokt 180 gr. PSP, then 150 gr. PSP...same match-quality rifle, same shooter (me), same day/temp/weather, and I couldn't get any of the Remingtons within an inch and a quarter of each other. Remington makes some great firearms, but I leave their ammo alone.
side note: The Federal Tactical 165 gr. SP performed as well as the Hornady, as did Lake City 147 gr. Ball (.400" for both)...they also had the same POI as the Hornady with no scope adjustment.
