I'm going back out in the boat Saturday since I had good luck last week. Scouting seems to be the ticket on finding deer on the refuge. When I hunt the refuge i try to spend at least 2 hrs in between the morning and evening hunts to scout. For example a guy I hunt with some spends more time in the woods than anyone I know scouting but he has killed 5 on the refuge already. That's a normal year for him but he puts the time in and has good success
