Same here they are finishing up ovrt the next week or so.This is north of Stevenson.
finishing up, as in they've already started and they will be done in the next week or so? If that's the case they are about 7-10 days early this year, based on my observations over the past 10 years.
Exactly, I'm seeing mature does with NO bucks trailing/chasing. Small bucks cruising. Not hardly time yet in my part of Jackson Co. I know a few are seeing some smaller bucks chasing and a couple big ones been killed , but not time for the studs to be on their feet 24-7. After the next rain and cold snap, it'll start getting serious.
