There are bigger ;eases in the county, they are just broken up more than mine and look smaller. I know of a few that are bigger. I have never known any of the big leases in Giles to ever go unleased before and I don't see it happening. The people and families in them not grew up hunting these places and have never let them go or change hands. They have all been under the same clubs for as long as they have been paper company land, which goes back 25+ years and before I started hunting. Wayne is going to be our best bet for paper company land and I still don't know how many good size tracts go unleased if any. There are big parcels out there that are private and not paper company in all counties. You just have to know who to talk to.
