I just wanna add this. I work in law enforcement. I was talking to our sro the other day about the school shootings. In the city i work in we have two elementary schools and one high school. One of the elementary schools is two stories and the high school is three stories. The schools will not allow our sro officer to have a shotgun or rifle in his patrol car due to liability. He is allowed to carry his duty pistol on his hip but that is the only weapon he is allowed. This makes no sense. Guys if i new how to change some things i would. Schools are so vulnerable to these type of sickening crimes because these sick twisted individuals know that there is no resistance in the schools. I honest to god believe that if we allowed our teachers to carry concealed this would eliminate and make these freaks think. Instead they think bannning a certain type of gun is the answer. How many places that are gun friendly have been robbed or had a shooting during business hours? If i had children i would feel much better about dropping my kids off at school that had some type of protection than none. And im sick and tired of hearing "it will never here".
we have too many gun laws on the book what the government needs to do is finally start enforcing the present laws in stead of doing nothing.
