Interesting opinions so far, so here's mine. Dial was headhunting pure and simple. He let 2 other GA players past and decided to take a blindside shot at Murray. Yep Murray should never let his guard down, just like a boxer in a ring.
Does not matter if he led with his head or not, however, Murray head sure snaps back at the same time as the hit occurs and not as a delayed reaction of getting hit by a shoulder first.
Should the SEC suspend Dial for playing football and Murray not protecting himself until the play is over? That's for the league to decide.
Should Dial have gotten hit between the eyes with a flag for a hit away from the play no matter if it was on the quarterback or any other GA? Yes!
