Rayonier and Soterra both had multiple leases in Walker and St Clair counties. Not of that was suitable?

That's 1.5 hours from most of us, ain't hardly any paper company up here where we are. I've checked them both out many times.

One of us has to eventually find some land up here. There are about 8 of us who post this same thing or respond to it each year. I dont think getting the members to help lease is the problem but every possible acre that is any good seems to be leased. Man I hope on of us stumble on some soon. Worst 3 years I have ever had since I began Hunting. Im getting real tired of it!

Would ya'l be interested in a TN lease if we can find some paper company land for next year and all of us just lease it up? The only way we are going to get something good or something for the future is to just jump in a get a big piece and make it ours. TN leases are cheap compared to AL is the good part. We all know there isn't any paper company land in Limestone to hunt. Ya'll could have my deer hunting.

Ok looks like the interest is there. EVERYONE start looking at land now and lets get something this winter and get it started. I don't have anything yet, but will start digging at some of the paper companies and see what they have out there for lease.

The only thing bad about leasing some TN land is we will have to make a Tndeer account and I dislike those pansieis.
