I have a 2 year old TC Venture..fired maybe 12 times... It had a recall on the trigger so I sent it back. It comes back last Friday all scratched up where they put it in a vise. I called them when I got it and they were closed. So I put my scope on and went to range Saturday. 1 shot and the casing won't eject. The bolt action is not smooth at all.. Takes alot of pressure to open or close and the spent casing is still in the barrel. I called this morning and was very dissapointed in their customer service. I have to send it to them and it is a 6-8 week turnaround they say. I've liked the gun soo far and have recommended them to buddies. But I won't recommend them again.

I won one at a wild game cook a few years but sold it when the recall came out. (naturally I was upfront about it with the guy). It's sounds like I made a wise move on getting rid of it.

Sounds like the brass swelled up in there with the heavy bolt lift.
I wouldnt shoot it till they looked at it again. I would demand a new gun if they marked it up badly

Not so F150, I'm the guy that bought your gun. I sent it in for the recall, got it back in no time. I have had not any problems and it's a great shooter. I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks

I'm thinking they sent the wrong bolt when they fixed the recall. I don't know. I'm just pissed it's scratched bad and don't work and the 6-8 week turnaround is bs. I liked how it shot but I won't own another TC due to customer service.
