3 bucks, 2 8s, 1 huge cowhorn with at least 20in horns. One 8 was a shooter but he was about 400yds out in a clearcut and it wasn't light enough to see a clear shot, I'll get him in the am.

3 does came in at 7:30. 2 left with their tails on fire at 7:45. Wasnt gonna shoot one but by daughter really wanted me too. I wasnt sure how she would handle it all but she was pretty excited and she had been really still and quiet for nearly two hours so I wanted to reward her efforts. She is six. Last year she came a couple of time but she was just not ready. Big difference from last year to this year in terms of her being able to sit quietly.

Saw a 2.5-3.5 8 pt, fed for 45 min a peeled out. Better luck next time, I hate east winds!!!

killed a coyote at 6:50 am ,seen 5 does at 9:50 watched them for 20 minutes before they moved off.

Saw 13 this am and 22 this pm. Watched a good 8 chase does for 20 mins but held off so maybe my 7yr old can go watch him die tomorrow.
