Best eating saltwater fish, in my opinion.

I have not fished with my dad in years in a boat. So bought an h20. We have fished together three times in the last two weeks.
Wife has fished with me goodness gracious how many times. Would not change for the world. But taking my ten year old in the morning.
He was mad he was at school.
