If you have hardwoods that you want to keep alive and have Cogon grass, buy some Alligare SFM75 from Amazon. It’s a generic for Oust. MSU extension had a post stating apply at 4 oz/acre. I reached out to them and was told to use .1 oz per gallon. I’ve been using it this year and so far it’s doing well. Has a pretty good residual too.
It’s a dispersable granule and I pre/mix in a bucket of water then add to tank. Then add Glyphosate and any adjuvants. I can make 480 gallons of mix for less than $150 not counting the Gly or other tank mix partners. Much cheaper than Polaris (Imazapyr) which was almost $400 for 2.5 gallons the last time I purchased some.
If it doesn’t come with the measuring cup call Alligare and they will send you one.
