So is the consensus on ALDeer is that vaccines are bad, but Peptides are good?

Personally I don't know about either. I guess I'll just stick to stuff that's proven in humans over time...

Unless someone mandates you taking peptides….GTFO with that comparison.

Our company tried the vaccine mandate. It is the reason I retired early. So my logic is consistent. I don't want to put anything in my body that I don't have a reasonable knowledge of what's in it.

My point is there are people that won't take the Covid, the Flu, Shingles, and all the other vaccines out there, some of which have been used for almost a century, because they don't trust them. Yet some of those same people will buy a vial from China and inject it into their fatty tissue.

I don't have a problem with any of that, it's a free country, I just find it ironic and interesting human behavior. That's all. Kudos to you if your healthy and it's working for you and it's fixing whatever health problems you have. Seriously...

As for me, I'm kind of a slow adopter. I've been weightlifting for many years and I just started taking creatine a couple of years ago. I started taking it because I'm old and I started reading studies about how creatine can help your brain cognition as you get older. It is one of the most widely studied health supplements on the market.

From everything folks on here have said who use peptides, it can certainly sound great, but just about everything I have read about it since I started this thread is all anecdotal evidence. There are very few if any comprehensive studies.

So for now I'm just sticking with hard lifting and eating good food. It's working pretty good. I never thought I would be this strong at 65.
