Got some fresh cracked pepper turkey and fried some bacon and added pepperoni and cheddar along with pickle - lettuce tomato - onion and wickles to sandwich with banana pepper that has little heat to it on the side. Got sourdough bread and also a bun and made those sandwiches adding Dijon mustard and added butter to pan and seared both sandwiches. Fancy sammich! One of my favs is smoked turkey breast add thinly sliced cukes on it with the tomato, lettuce. Something about the freshness of the cukes that helps make that sammich. And too, something about griddling your sammy just makes it hearty!

I Such a redneck - I figured it out (chat gpt). Cucumber - I not too modern 😄 Man, everybody on here uses acronyms... thought you would've caught it ;-) Also, we tried Mt Olive Sweet Heat pickle slices last weekend. They are really close to Wickles... maybe not quite as strong but still delish, fyi.

They good, my go to sweet pickles are Laffites Cajun Sweet Pickles, now they don't keep in the fridge as long after opening as some others but i don't think that's really a bad thing 😏
