That’s probably your culprit…….Dog fennel loves excess free nitrogen in the soil……The good thing is that it sucked it up and converted it to carbon to feed back to the soil…..
Did you terminate your cereal grains to grow clover or did they mature and go to seed?
No cereal grains. Just clover , black oats, peas, wheat, and MARSHAL RYE BABY
