Has anyone looked at all the medication they had this woman on?......Its pretty insane......I'm not trying to make excuses for her but anyone that dopes someone up to that level ought to have some liability in it......She had 5 benzos in her system.......My wife said its a red flag if someone is prescribed more than one According to my wife that was one helluva cocktail Two or more things can be true at the same time. She was literally bat chit cray cray and still guilty of murder. One does not dismiss the other in my opinion

I’ll add that a lady that’s a clinical social worker and councils has kept providing her play by play on FB during the trial. It kinda put things in perspective from that angle. The one thing that stood out is she kept referring to a case worker having her as a client and being very complex socially for a young case worker. I didn’t really keep up with it until the day the judge gave his orders. Went about as expected

Wife and I talked this over this afternoon over a few beverages. Number one, we both agree the law in Mass. is messed up, much like Jawbone has pointed out numerous times. Prosecution had a hard row to hoe in making their case. Thankfully there was one juror that wouldn’t allow this to just go away. She deserves punishment and never deserves to breathe free air again. We both agreed on that. The fact that the medical community seemed to just want to prescribe all sorts of pills and hope the problem went away is disturbing but I am glad that has come to light because of this trial. The fact the defense was able to call out a male juror as being the holdout seems like it was out of line. I still think the father was criminally negligent but that one might be hard to prove.
No matter your feelings on this one, it’s messed up worse than a box of bream hooks. The prosecution needs to run it back as soon as possible and find something concrete to stick her with. She killed her kids. She doesn’t deserve to be free again.

Lindsay WILL NOT walk free (or walk at all). It's looking like it'll occur later in the fall.
