Small change to the OP. What I really want is a structure with bug netting over it. Not the plastic or poly. I want rain in. And pests out. But won't argue with a little bit of UV protection from the material.
I'm researching all options. I do like how my plants react to natural rainfall verses manually watering. If you keep the bugs out, you’re keeping the pollinators out.
