That last video may be one of the best ones I’ve listened to yet……Its mostly all pen and calculator type stuff…..Interesting bit information around the 1:28:00 mark……You may want to start a little before that to get the full context……But apparently if you a buy a young heifer and raise her up to be a bred cow at 4 or 5 years old then her value is actually appreciating over that time period……However, on your taxes it is still written off as a depreciating asset……He said real estate and livestock are the only places where that happens…….The math and economics that this guy talks about gets pretty involved…….Most of what he said blew right over my head on the first listen through and I did quite well in accounting class……That's been awhile ago now though

I talked to him on the phone one day for quite a while......He patented something in the pharmaceutical industry and sold it....
