I may buy some SPCX next year. I dont think the dust has settled from the IPO hype yet. So; you like data centers? I love them in the middle of the Canadian arctic. Their biggest ones are in Texas and Memphis; the Memphis center is called Colossus; 2.6 million sq ft They're coming like it or not. 2.6 million sq ft is just under 60 acres , lots of manufacturing plants have bigger footprints. I don't see what the big deal is. They're now building them with their own power generating plants, with both data center and "power plants" having circulation cooling where there's not a large water source. The power and water angle is becoming a red herring .

Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.
