Tonight we made a muffuletta. The first pic is it wrapped up resting. The second is the money shot. We bought the stuff at Publix on Saturday. They even had the Central Grocery olive salad. The ham and salami is Smithfield. Looks great.
I'm unconventional. I like to toast mine with the meat one one side and the cheese and olive salad on the other side, then put it together and eat it.
Toasting it like that takes it off the chain.
