I hope this upgrade in technology goes better than some of the previous attempts.
I visited the site today (Aug. 24) and saw the "we are having technical issues."
I realize it's a state agency. But continuous technical issues with any site, app, log-in, registration, purchase, etc., definitely makes me long for the days like CatHead Biscuit mentioned above. Simplicity and tradition aren't bad things, like an old F-150 pickup and buying a license at Frankie's Bait, BBQ & Panty Emporium.
Those days aren't coming back, though. So it would be nice for every agency or online-whatever to get ALL of their sh*t together through myriad and multiple rounds of testing before flipping the switch.
