The US has been flying, using, and testing drones for the last 40 yrs, if not longer. I'd be really really shocked if the US doesnt already have in our arsenal, a way to completely incapacitate drones in battlefield conditions. I'd also be very surprised, that if we do have it, that we would ever let anyone else in the world know that we do. It, like a whole lot of other weapon systems, is not something that we are going to share, with anyone. Please take a second to remember that all these super expensive "precision/smart" weapons being currently used in Iran, were developed and tested back in the mid 80s. Do you think that all of our top weapons engineers have just been sitting around twiddling their thumbs for the past 30-40 yrs and not paying attention? Most would be shocked at the weapons capabilities within our arsenal, that have never seen the light of day and will not see that light, until they are actually needed.
