Your friends need to visit there in April before they make their decision. Last time I was down there fishing, our group decided to book an April trip. When we flew into Liberia the only green vegetation was on the coast. The rest was dry as a popcorn fart. It was like being in Texas in August with the humidity of coastal Louisiana. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
