The ebbs and flows of the economy are normal. I dont worry about economic issues anymore, Ive seen highs and lows, Ive seen 29 cents a gallon gas, Ive seen $4 gas. There is nothing we can do about it. But the one thing that truly bothers me, not for me but for my kids and grandkids is the surging of Muslims in this country. This country is slowly being conquered by Muslims. And they are doing it while the 2 party political system fights between themselves..The number of Muslims getting elected now verses 10 years ago has increased by 300%(according to ChatGPT) Muslim communities are popping up in places at alarming rates. Dearborn, Michigan has become totally Muslim with loud speakers blasting Muslim call for prayer throughout the city. This is exactly how it started in Egypt, Syria, Turkey, All countries in North Africa, even Iran. It started slow, people ignored the threat until it took over. While there is so much political infighting in this country, the real threat is silently increasing.

Seeing as how the H1-B visa applications keep accelerating there is not going to be any slow down any time soon. Thats how most of them are coming in, and they are bringing a lot of family with them.

There is a cap on H1B Visa's and Most H-1B visa holders are from India, which accounts for roughly 73% of all approved applications. China is a distant second at about 12% to 16%. No other country accounts for even 2% of the total approved H-1B workforce

If you can afford a $400k house you ain’t worried about the price obviously.

Median National Sales Price is $410,000
I would hardly consider a $400,000 house in 2026 to be anything extraordinary.
Welcome to 2026, where houses are $425,000 and pickup trucks are $60,000

as long as I've been alive it's been doom and gloom when any republican president is elected. guess what gas and mortgage prices go up and down they always have. I can tell you that I go to work and do not see near as much colored hair, transgenders, gay pride clothing, it really has been a big change. night and day difference from what the other party is pushing.

"Why do you ask"?

Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.

Its a known fact that people tend to dress more conservatively when the economy is terrible. The 1920's were well known for the over top fashions and styles of that time, but when the Great Depression hit, fashion got depressing too.
