Even when rented it's vacant again shortly after. And people can't afford those rentals. Not on todays $ and cost of living. Something has to be sacrificed. I predict a trend in the near future. Extended families living in one home. Just to help offset the costs. I'm already seeing it a little bit.

Something is gonna break soon. It has to.

I saw this scenario a lot in Marietta just recently when helping my daughter find an apartment. A large complex with multiple apartment buildings. Each building has 12 units of two bedroom apartments. Several buildings are fully rented out to large extended Indian families. I asked the property manager about it at one complex. He said one of the apartments usually serve as a family dining and family room the other apartments are where the people sleep.

So, Outback kinda hit on one of the things I was trying to say. I've responded to medical calls, before retirement, where I went into an apartment and had to be guided to the patient. Messicans, south Amaricans, whatever. There were single mattresses in the floor all the way through the home. Every surface except a walkway. They knocked out walls between apartments to expand. They worked in shifts A bed was shared by 3 different people. So there were between 40 and 60 people staying in the apartments over a 24 hour period. All paying a little rent. The person on the lease was making bank cleaning and feeding them.

I've seen indians and arabs do similar. But not to that degree. Now, if a company knows this is happening, they can charge much higher rents and it won't impact the illegals much. But a kid starting out trying to work their way up in the world, it's kinda hard to do with those rents.

Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.
