More fun at the Beach Bungalow last night... Season some fresh peeled shrimp Sauté in the skillet in oil until almost done Take it out and set it aside Toast the noodles in the pan fond Add in some chicken stock Cook the noodles in they're until almost al dente Add in some lemon juice, lemon zest and fresh garlic, get that all happy Then add the shrimp back in and some heavy cream and let that get all happy and bubbly Then tighten it all up with some parmesan cheese. Stir and you are ready to serve. We served it with a Ceasar salad with Boho's housemade dressing and croutons. We finished the evening with Bill and I passing the guitar back and forth playing old songs in between sips of Cuervo Gold. Sad to see them leave today... ![[Linked Image from live.staticflickr.com]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55483674660_6f4ac63f6f_4k.jpg) ![[Linked Image from live.staticflickr.com]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55483458254_357e1565ea_4k.jpg) ![[Linked Image from live.staticflickr.com]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55482294432_2e4efa5df9_4k.jpg) ![[Linked Image from live.staticflickr.com]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55483458164_5341b8b854_4k.jpg) ![[Linked Image from live.staticflickr.com]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55483278101_4dc652763e_4k.jpg) This is what we look like when we are full, fat and happy... ![[Linked Image from live.staticflickr.com]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55483674445_9049dcfcd0_4k.jpg)

Irish, I'm going to have to try your method of cooking the noodles next time I make creamy pasta.

Irish, I'm going to have to try your method of cooking the noodles next time I make creamy pasta. It sure saves a whole extra pot, water and a colander, not to mention the time for that water to boil. It's a Martha Stewart method that we've been using for a few years. You familiar with the "one pot pastas"? Same concept. This meal was completely restaurant quality. I don't now how to improve on it! Confession: My salad dressing was not homemade this time. I used Marie's ceasar in the produce section. It was plenty fine ;-)

Love dishes like that. Anything Pasta, I like.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

And sure speeds up the process sometimes. My mother made pretty much everything we ate from scratch including sauces and dressings, but oddly enough never mac n cheese or mashed potatoes. They were always blue box kraft or ore idas from the box. I would still rather have those than homemade🤣.

I know I'm a dork, but only like shrimp fried or tiny shrimp in coleslaw. Too many shrimp boils growing up that you would smell and burp for days, also alot at hunting camps. They would cut the bags open and dam, the corn and taters would dang near make your eyes water. I'd eat it and grab a pack of toilet paper. Lmao, true story.
Love a good hunting story, love my family and friends. Some people you can't, but acted like do.
