CNC, that was an excellent cast, but it’s still premature. Lake doesn’t open until next weekend. I know the pond is full and you see them swimming all over the surface, but without regulations, it’d be fished out in a day.
I’ve been studying up on my Russian so I can listen to the AU broadcasts this fall and be able to understand the coach’s excuses for all the losses.

Kiffin is gonna show "Mississippi Burning" as the pre-game movie in September. What's hilarious is Ol Siss looses it's coaching staff, doesn't play for a championship, has a 2nd rate DC holding the keys for 2 years and wants to be a part of a conversation it left in 1963. Ahh the "Golden" Era has begun. But to give credit where it is due, Kiffin parlayed going 0'fer against Alabama while there into a job he could actually wind up winning something. So great job again goes to JIMMY SEXTON! Jimmy is now the winningest man in Mississippi history.🤣

He can spin it, but unless Bama has a capable o-line and a big, hard running, feature back to take the pressure off of him, both 6-0 and heisman talk are nothing but wishful thinking and talk. Russell also has zero real game college experience going into the season. I look for him to improve each game, as the season progresses, unless he’s spending half the game laying on his back and/or running for his life.

It has been fun watching Keelon Russell’s recruitment and from that recruitment till his time as being named the staring QB at Bama. The kid has stardom written all over him but like said above a lot of his success at Bama will be dependent on the O-Line play and the running game. The receiving corps weapons are in place.
