Sweating for today!! We got all the roads,plots and trails mowed that needed mowing and all the things that needed spraying sprayed. Done took a nice shower and sitting in the camp with a cold adult beverage. Slow rolling a dirty rice to go with the brisket that’s on the pit. It’s hot in those woods.

I hear that. I bush hogged a couple of dykes that the weeds and vines were head high. Always a good pucker factor. Water oaks are loaded

I punted on a few chores at the farm. Got everything ready for a tech to check the combine next Friday and we’ll start shelling after that.one of the hottest days I recall

Its too dang hot to be mowing in August........Maybe for dove fields ok but everything else can wait until it cools off just a smidge
