Old man looking for a place to sit and watch for hogs. I can’t drive too far or stay out too late.
I am drinking from my saucer cause my cup has overflowed. Thank you Lord

I just wonder does anyone skin out a wild hog and eat them Haven't hunted in a few years, but yes - small ones (less than 40-lbs) skin and cook them whole (you can bake them in a oven or on a smoker). Larger ones - >100-lbs - skin the hams and backstrap. We typically smoked the hams and grilled the loin medallions.
