E you having ulcers from worrying to much “A $400K mortgage is now $3,000/month. A $400K mortgage was $1,500/month in 2021. $1,500 more each month for the same home.” Having a $400,000 mortgage is insane to begin with. If you gotta borrow that much you probably can't afford that house.
