You’re too young to realize that 2021 and 2022 mortgage rates were a once in a lifetime, short term occurrence. If you were not able to take advantage, you missed your chance and it’s never coming back. Nothing close to those rates will ever be seen again. Mortgage rates today are still lower than the long term historical average by almost a full point.

They should’ve been around for those 18-21% home loans. They were a lot more affordable back then too
