Friday night.... Not sure what we are going to eat.. We don't feel like going anywhere... Then I remember a family member gifted me a wild turkey breast... Quick defrost and fried up some nuggets. No fancy pics because it wasn't a fancy meal. We just ate them standing around the stove as they came out in batches. Crunchy and juicy. Perfection!
