Winner Winner-Chicken Dinner!!! We are a small cattle operation and this move will knock us back. I know we complain of high prices on food/beef in particular, but take this week for example. We baled 91 rolls of hay. In the process we blew a cylinder on the baler-250 bucks. Last bale a bearing goes out on top of the rollers. Bearing probably be around 100 bucks and an all day process to remove and replace bearing. One 2.5 gallon of Hydralic oil since the blown cylinder blew it out-64 bucks. Then throw in the diesel it took to cut, rake, bale, and then move to the barn. Also count the gas and diesel in the trucks that moved all the hay to the barn. Now you tell me we are going to be flooded with beef I wouldn’t pee on??? Most Americans are simply sheep waiting for the slaughter. Rant complete.
