Got some fresh cracked pepper turkey and fried some bacon and added pepperoni and cheddar along with pickle - lettuce tomato - onion and wickles to sandwich with banana pepper that has little heat to it on the side. Got sourdough bread and also a bun and made those sandwiches adding Dijon mustard and added butter to pan and seared both sandwiches. Fancy sammich! One of my favs is smoked turkey breast add thinly sliced cukes on it with the tomato, lettuce. Something about the freshness of the cukes that helps make that sammich. And too, something about griddling your sammy just makes it hearty!
