Part of the reason Trump was re-elected was to fix the problems the Democrats caused. Anyway... he has started more problems and made very little progress on fixing the problems the Democrats caused. He refuses to pursue the auto-pen which if he pursued it that would immediately reverse a lot of the problems the Biden admin caused.
