Kyles, striving to be sinless can be a dangerous mindset in the life of a believer. I don’t think the Bible is talking about being sinless or striving to be sinless when it talks about what is perfect. Maybe dive into the original Greek word used in Matthew 5 and Philippians 3 that is translated to the word perfect.
In my opinion, striving for perfection or striving to be sinless is a road full of misery, not joy.
