Last week a guy I graduated high with bonded out of Blount county jail on molesting a child under 12. I knew him in school we weren’t close friends but he never put off a bad vibe to me. Well know we know it’s his granddaughter. My first thoughts is get him to swinging from a tree as soon as possible. I knew nothing of the situation but others have told me he and his wife had custody of his granddaughter. And the daughter’s mother was behind this. There again if that’s true she should be swinging from a tree. But if that’s true is true and she is behind it his life is destroyed regardless. Even if found innocent by a jury he will always be labeled a pervert. And I have no info one way or the other. No matter who is telling the truth the bad person needs to answer for their actions.

I've been seeing a lot of child predators in some news feeds on Facebook. The sheer number of cases is shocking. Every damn last one of them need to be executed. America has gotten too soft on criminals

It’s sometimes hard to know who or what to believe but I tend not to give anyone with the pronoun ex any credibility.

A guy I went to high school with is in jail right now for that. A close friend of his swears the little girls mom set him up. He doesn't seem like the type, but you never know. When I was able to see trial transcripts, the defense pyschologist felt like the little girl had been coached.
His life is over, and if he is guilty, he deserves it, if he was set up, man, I hate to think that could happen.

Not saying that it relates to this case, or any in particular, but you would be shocked at how many people going through custody battles will coach their children to say that the ex, or soon to be ex, molested them. More than one is too many, but it would really shock you how often it happens that a parent would get their own child to say such things, no matter how angry they are at the other person.
I'll give y'all some solace on the matter now, it was pretty easy to pick up on this as a trained and experienced interviewer. I wish we could've put the parent responsible in jail but the DAs wouldn't do it without some kind of airtight case. I will say though that in custody matters, the judges always looked down upon this, as you might expect.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Women are satan when it comes to accusing men of things. There's far far too many that do it as a means to ruin a man and they sleep well at night. It's a stigma that never leaves after the accusation. Even when it's proven to be false.
I had a co-worker once. Was going through a divorce after children were grown. Ex-wife was looney and mean as hell. He was a jackass too. But he was honest. I admit that even while saying I didn't like him much later down the road. For reasons unrelated and I won't go into. But I don't hold ill will against him. His ex talked his adult daughter into accusing him of molestation. He fought it and eventually the truth came out. But it took an obvious toll on him. She only admitted when her mother passed away. But they tried to ruin him. That is not right and everyone who knew him knew it was a lie.
Not saying it is or isn't, but the OP may actually be looking like one of those cases. If not true, they should lock the accuser way and throw away the key. To me, there is no worse crime other than actual molestation. It's the worst thing a person can do to an honest man.
You never really know anyone. I had a high school classmate I went to electronic school with after graduation. Nice guy. Considered him a friend, if not a close friend. We carpooled back and forth 4 nights a week for two years. Neither of us had a pot to piss in so it was a necessity to save on fuel. After we graduated, we never really talked much. One day I thought of home, 20 years later, and tried to reach out to him. Couldn't find him anywhere. Made contact with his brother who wouldn't help me. Or talk to me. Or anything. I can't remember how I found out, but I did find out he'd been convicted of sex with a minor. Not sure what the situation was, but obviously I didn't move further to communicate. He never struck me as the type. Didn't get any bad vibes from him at all.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

Had this to happen to a guy I worked with except it was his stepdaughter who he had adopted. She hit her teens, got into weed and alcohol. He tried to discipline her (grounding, took her phone, the usual). She got a friend to ruff her up and she screamed rape. He was locked up, lost his job, went to trial where he was found innocent. Do you think that got any coverage? That man’s life was ruined for being a good stepdad trying to keep that girl on the straight path.

Kinda like many of those daycares where accusations of devil worship and molestations were happening. Many were false however there was one or two where molestations had occurred. Sex crimes are a lot of but said she said. However that said theres plenty of guilty and depravity exist.

It’s my understanding him and his wife had custody of the granddaughter. Don’t know if she was an actual daughter in-law or a babies moms with his son. I say again if he did he needs to hang. If is he is innocent his life is over as well if found not guilty he will always carry the scarlet letter of a child molester. In modern times with these sick people in this world who knows. I will say someone mentioned the granddaughter had made accusations against someone else prior.

My wife used to work at DHR in another county and she said as well don’t be to quick to judge until all the facts come out. But she said also scorned family members are the worst when it comes to these situations

His wife turned into a cheating mudshark then tried to say he abused the kids when he filed for divorce. It was all BS, even her parents were supporting my cousin in the divorce.
