Anyone see the advertisement on the outdoor Chanel about the kit weight, telescoping, pack able ladderstand? I am trying to find out who makes it and if they make just a telescoping ladder that I can easily pack in and out of the woods. It sure would help with my thief problem. Last week, he found my millenium chain bracket and somehow got up 8 feet to my first screw in step and then robbed me blind!

Sherwin Williams has a telescoping ladder, they are a little pricy, I worked at one while in college so don't know if they still have them or not

Great idea about the loose steps at the top. Just have to make certain that I remember ther are loose!

Thanks, I had already looked at those. But they don't seem to have them without the stand already attached and 38 lbs gets heavy when tracking deep into the thick along with carrying everything else I might need.
