Wouldn’t posts be a better option than a ledger board ? See a lot of decks fail with ledger boards nailed to the side of the house. It's not the board that's the problem. It's the way its attached to the house which causes the problem. Nails will always fail. Yep.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.
