We bought a new house in Vestavia Hills 2 months ago. A few weeks after closing we received a letter from our insurance carrier stating that our insurance would be CANCELLED unless we got a new roof so I had to go into overdrive finding a good roofer / reasonable price / who could get the job done QUICK to appease our insurance folks. Guy from Cardinal came out that day / assessed / we got a contract signed and his workers started a few days later. We start talking afterwards and deer hunting comes up. Turns out it was ALDeer legend Jon Morris, ha. He was A+ and writing a testimonial here was the least I could do to pay him back. ALDeer world is small it seems

Travelers. In their defense, our inspector did note the age of the roof before we bought but I didn't think it needed replacing immediately. Oh well, it's done now
