Seared banana then put butter on bread with cinnamon and seared bread with banana in it! Cut probably the best tasting watermelon and pineapple I cut all summer and put them together! May not look like much on that ugly paper plate but both the sandwich and the fruit salad were dang good !! My favorite banana sandwich is to take whole wheat bread, put peanut butter on both pieces, slice on a banana, drizzle with some honey, butter the outside of the bread and then grill in a skillet like a grilled cheese, then serve it with a big glass of ice cold milk.
