So leased some land today, 70 acres that is joined by another 10 acres tract that is land locked but the corners touch. Can I cross the corner? this is central Ms and the 10 acres is all white oaks! Lady I leased it from said I could cross corner!

Yes. When it gets right down to it, as long as you cross at the pin or corner tree you are good. Hopefully the corner is clearly marked.

Corner crossing is a huge deal in Western States like Montana Wyoming Utah etc when it comes to accessing public land.

I knew it was big out west but i thought that was all private corners going into public! I know the guy owns one corner and he would probaby be okay with it but I would like to go unnoticed!

Way things go nowadays you maybe land locked. Wouldn't try to go unnoticed. For ten acres I would through money at him, till he gave in, and Wouldn't think twice about it. Locked it in. No worries then.

Haha! You got me on the title of your post. There's a community called Corner in NWJefferson County. My grandparents had a farm there and I rode horses all through the area when I was growing up. Back then you could go where you wanted as long as you closed gates behind you. I knew most of the area like the back of my hand.
Sorry, but I'm no help to you on corner crossing though
