Got one following mama on camera. Maybe the yotes will leave em alone. Have a good buck in the same field a few hours earlier. I’m really liking these cell cameras.

Cell cameras are addictive. If i wasn't hunting, during deer and turkey season, the first thing i did was get a cup of coffee and go through the pictures . Haven't run cams since mid May, won't be long before set them back up. Go ahead and get solar panels, cell cams use up batteries pretty quick if you get a lot of pictures

What kind of cell cameras you running? I need to switch over to solar panels, between the lack of service and too many pics I go through batteries like crazy.

Yep, solar is on the list. When you place a camera, make sure all limbs are clear. We set one and it went dead after a day or so from a dangling limb. Load of deer pix but mostly from the swinging limb.🙄 I had one the gate that lasted about 6 months on battery’s. It did show me that there is a lot of deer traffic at the front gate. One big hog uses it for a travel corridor. Also have hogs making bacon on film. Viewer discretion advised.

Saw my first one today in central Baldwin county. Very small, probably only a day or two old.

If you need cell cameras check out the Brownings. I've been using them for several years now, rarely have to replace the batteries in the course of a season. I run them on feeders and greenfield so they get plenty of action. My buddy uses Moultrie cameras and they eat batteries.

Had one on a gate, got a Pic of a truck parking there late
one night. Set there for a minute or two, then this little skinny dude walks around to the passenger 🤔side door. Can't see nuffin, till he goes back to the driver's side door buttn, pants. This big ol wide a$$ gall gets out and cleans up with a shirt. I deleted after I showed my wife and my hunting buddy, brother in law...We laughed our as$ off... Big ol' biotch'...
.

Love a good hunting story, love my family and friends. Some people you can't, but acted like do.

Saw my first of the year in Evergreen last week. That’s the earliest I have ever seen one in that area. Usually it’s like Tdog said, end of August. My place in Butler county all the does I have on camera are still swole up

Seems to be fewer fawns around Bibb county. I have only seen one on the hoof. Last year there were many fawns hit by cars. Haven’t seen that yet.

I got my first pic this morning in southern Monroe County. Like someone else mentioned above, I knew it was close because of the influx of coyote pics I've had this past week.
