Excellent entry as always. Now just sprinkle a little cheese on that jamba and enjoy !!!!!! It never occured to me to put cheese on Jambalaya, but I don't know why not... Why not? Because it's fuggin wrong!  It's weird the stuff we don't eat together. For whatever reason I never order a fried chicken and egg biscuit. They sound good, but it's just weird to me. It's like eating the kids and the parents together in one sandwich.
